Park User Rules and Regulations
- All trail users must have a valid Burning Rock Outdoor Adventure Park Permit
- All trail users must wear a DOT, SNELL or other approved helmet and protective eye wear.
- No passengers on any vehicle not manufactured specifically for a driver and passenger(s).
- No vehicle of over 50 inches in width is allowed on the trail with the exception of the following machines:
- Kawasaki Mule
- Kawasaki Teryx
- Kubota RTV
- Polaris Ranger
- Polaris Razor
- Yamaha Rhino
- Arctic Cat Prowler
- John Deere Gator
- Kubota RTV
- Please see a Burning Rock staff member about other machines that may be eligible
- Go carts will be permitted if under 50 inches in width with an engine no bigger than 300 CC. Go carts must have a full body restraint harness and unaltered roll cage.
- No alcoholic beverages may be consumed or carried.
- Obey all signs, gates, and barriers.
- Only enter and exit the trail system at the Burning Rock trailhead.
- Do not enter a no trail, no entry, or gated area.
- Drive or ride at a speed reasonable for conditions.
- No person shall drive an ATV unless that person meets the minimum age recommendation specified by the ATV manufacturer for the ATV that is being driven.
- Motorcycles and ATVs must have a properly functioning muffler and USFS approved spark arrestor.
- Stop when signaled by trail personnel.
- Carry photo identification at all times.
- Adult supervision is required for those under the age of 16.
- Do not litter.
- Display user permit on your person at all times.
- Trail system is open from sunrise to sunset 365 days a year.
- No hunting.
- No weapons or sidearms.
