Every rider at Burning Rock, whether ATV, UTV, SxS or dirt bike, needs to have a permit. We use a simple sticker system. Your permit goes right on your helmet, and you’re ready to ride.
It’s easy to get a permit for off road riding at Burning Rock. Here’s everything you need to know.
Permit Guidelines
We make it easy for everyone to go ride and have some fun. Here are some helpful tips for getting a permit on your helmet and heading up on the trails.
- Guests on guided trips and Burning Rock ATV or UTV rentals have permits included in the price of their trip.
- You can reserve your permit with one call: 877.683.9240
- Permits can be picked up at the Burning Rock General Store, open every single day of the year from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. (except Christmas Day).
- The 3-7day permit must be used on consecutive days.
New Family Permit Packages make it easier (and more affordable!) for families to enjoy regular off-road adventures together at Burning Rock! Â
