Obey all user rules

All trail users must have a valid Burning Rock Off-Road Park Permit

All trail users must wear a DOT, SNELL or other approved helmet and protective eye gear.

No passengers on any ATV unless the ATV is manufactured for the driver and one passenger.

No Vehicle over fifty (50) inches in width is allowed on the trail with the exception of the following machines: Kawasaki Mule, Kawasaki Teryx, Kubota RTV, Polaris Ranger, Polaris Razor, Yamaha Rhino, and Arctic Cat Prowler. (See also, SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SIDE BY SIDE UTILITY VEHICLES).

Go Carts will be permitted if under 50 inches in width with an engine no bigger the 300 cc. Go Carts must have a full body restraint harness, and unaltered roll cage.

No alcoholic beverages may be consumed or carried.

Obey all signs, gates, and barriers.

Only enter and exit the trail system at a trailhead or town connector.

Do not enter a no trail, no entry, or gated area.

Drive or ride at a speed reasonable for conditions.

No person shall drive an ATV unless that person meets the minimum age recommendation specified by the ATV manufacturer for the ATV that is being driven.

Motorcycles and ATV's must have a properly functioning muffler and USFS approved spark arrestor.

Stop when signaled by trail personnel.

Carry photo identification at all times.

Adult supervision is required for those under age 16.

Do not litter.

Display user permit on your person at all times.

Trail system is open from sunrise to sunset 365 days a year.

Special Requirements For Side By Side Utility Vehicles
Side by side utility vehicles have been approved by Burning Rock Off-Road Park for use upon the trail system, shall be subject to all of the safety rules and regulations of the park, and shall follow the safety rules specifically applying to side by side utility vehicles.

Side by side utility vehicles shall only be operated on green and blue trails.

All manufacturer installed seat belts shall be in good working order.

The number of passengers carried on a side by side utility vehicle shall be limited by the number of manufacturer seat belts.

All participants must abide by all of the manufacturer's requirements regarding age and size of operators and passengers.

No passenger that is too small to reach and hold any manufacturer installed handgrip shall be allowed on a side by side utility vehicle.

Operation of a side by side utility vehicle is prohibited by anyone under sixteen (16) years of age.

Any operator of a side by side utility vehicle must possess a valid driver's license.

The driver and any passenger of a side by side utility vehicle must wear seat belts at all times.

The driver and passengers of a side by side utility vehicle shall keep their hands, arms, feet, and legs inside the vehicle at all times during operation.

The side by side machines approved to be operated on the Burning Rock Off-Road Park are as follows:
